Serving children and
parents who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault with support,
resources, education, referrals, and advocacy.
Our Mission
Children
are profoundly affected by witnessing family violence. It is our mission to
focus on each child’s emotional, physical, and educational needs through
groups, assessments, parent education and support. It is our goal to connect
families into services within the community for continued support and education
in their new violence - free lives.

Every child that comes into our emergency shelter is
treated with care and respect. Basic needs such as food, clothing, and a place
to sleep are all provided. We create a place that is safe, secure and free of
violence for children to begin to heal. We listen and we play. Most importantly
we give children a chance to be children. We give families tools for working
together and support for developing healthy relationships. We build families up
and let everyone know that there is life beyond the violence of their
old home. We can help create a beginning
for families.
